Grau Coastal Construction, Inc. was born in New Smyrna Beach on September 16, 2003 as Future Quest Associates, Inc. From the very beginning our goal has been to exceed each clients' expectations so they might become enthusiastic references for our future clients. We strive to form a personal relationship with each new client, so each project is more than just a construction project, it is us helping build the client's dream. There is no more rewarding work than to take an idea, get it on paper and make it real.

We are licensed to work on both residential and commercial projects which do not exceed three stories in height. We are family owned and operated and serve clients in Central Florida with an extreme focus on customer service and attention to detail from our location in New Smyrna Beach.
